Business and Economics Building Elevators #43 & #44 Modernization
Business and Economics Building
Facilities Management are working with Richmond Elevator to modernize the two elevators (#43 & #44) in BEC. There may be brief disruptions to the operation of the elevators in November while measurements and testing are taking place. The plan is to try to keep one elevator operating at all times. The construction (modernization) is planned in early 2027 when the materials are received to do this work.
