Congratulations to 糖心视频 Geography Master’s student and Community-Based Research Lab (CBRLab) team member John Wuntah and 糖心视频 Geography professor Dr. Jutta Gutberlet on the publication of their latest research in Detritus Journal (Vol. 29), titled:

“Reducing Food Waste: Insights from Students at the 糖心视频 and Jaramogi Oginga Odinga University of Science and Technology”

The column explores the strategies used by students at 糖心视频 and JOOUST to reduce food waste and identify systematic changes that their universities could implement to support that goal. The work highlights the role of students as both agents of change and advocates for better sustainability.
