• draw the outside into our work and elevate place as a hero

• showcase our people in ways that celebrate how this place influences their work, life and commitments to people, place and planet

• include subtle pops of ������Ƶ colours, where possible

• reflect the diversity of ������Ƶ students, faculty, staff, alumni, partners and community

• have candid and natural poses
• have high contrast
• elicit curiosity and/or smiles
• use real ������Ƶ people—students, staff, faculty and partners

Consent for photos, videos or recordings

When photographing or recording someone, you must get their consent through a consent form.

Photo credits

When deciding whether to include a photo credit or not, consider these guidelines:

• in ������Ƶ materials and on ������Ƶ websites and social channels, include a photo credit when:
  
  • the photo was taken by a ������Ƶ student
  • the photo was taken by a ������Ƶ employee not as part of their duties
  • the photo was taken by a contractor and you are contractually obligated to do so
• when you grant a third party permission to use a ������Ƶ photo:
  • include a "������Ƶ" credit when the photo was taken by a ������Ƶ employee as part of their duties
