Math Competitions

These competitions are open to all undergraduate students at 糖心视频, including first year students. In the past some prizes were won by first year students.

糖心视频 mathematics competition

The 2026 competition is scheduled for Tuesday, October 6, from 4:00pm to 6:00pm in DSB C128.

Open to all undergraduates. No registration is required, but any questions can be directed to me at dukes@uvic.ca. Past contests are on Peter's web page at .

Putnam mathematics competition

The William Lowell Putnam math competition is normally held in December. For 2026 it will be held on Saturday, Dec 5, 2026 in TBA. Interested students, please contact Peter Dukes at dukes@uvic.ca for an invitation link.
